You have 15 days from delivery to start a return or request a refund. Contact us at thebeamcade@hotmail.com to begin—we’re here to help!
Returns for Damaged Items
If your Beamcade projector arrives broken, damaged, or defective, you’re covered:

What You Get: A full refund or replacement, your choice—no hassle.

What to Do: Email us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll handle it from there.

Condition: Applies only to items damaged before arrival, not after use.
Returns for “I Don’t Like It” or Similar Reasons
Changed your mind? You can return it, but here’s the deal:

Condition: The product can be opened and used once, but all items (projector, controls, stick, box) must be in perfect, like-new condition—no scratches, dents, or damage.

What You Get: A refund or exchange, minus shipping costs, within 15 days of delivery.

What to Do: Contact us at thebeamcade@hotmail.com with your order number and reason. We’ll send return instructions.

Important: If the product, controls, stick, projector, or box show signs of damage from use beyond a single test, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds if:

The product has been heavily used or damaged by you (e.g., broken controls, scratched projector, torn box).

You used it wrongly, like connecting it to the wrong voltage power or using it in a wet zone—these void your return rights.

Items are missing or not in original packaging.

More than 15 days have passed since delivery.
How Returns Work

Contact Us: Email thebeamcade@hotmail.com within 15 days with your order details.

Ship It Back: Follow our return instructions. You cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged.

Inspection: We’ll check it’s intact (if used once) or confirm arrival damage. Misuse (e.g., wrong voltage, wet conditions) disqualifies returns.

Refund or Replacement: Approved refunds hit your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Replacements ship out ASAP.
